How can a school get involved with Teach India School Chapter?

A school can partner with us by filling the Expression of Interest form present on the right side of this page or by sending us an email on teachindia.school@timesgroup.com. On receipt, we would contact the school and discuss the details along with the next step to be taken.

Is there any monetary requirement from any of the stakeholders?

None of the stakeholders - School; Student volunteer; Learner - is required to pay any fees to participate in the Programme.

How can a student volunteer register?

A student can volunteer with us through their school if the school is a partner by giving his/her details to the Teacher in-charge.

What are the segments a student volunteer can be involved in?

A student volunteer can be involved in any one of the three segments: Spoken English Classes; Community Mobilization; Outreach. The details of each segment can be obtained from the About School Chapter tab on the website.

Would I get a certificate for my participation?

Yes, the student volunteers will be eligible for a certificate once they have successfully completed the task they have been allotted and will receive it only after the programme culminates in the school.

Under the spoken English classes segment, can I miss any day of the 7-day training?

No, it is compulsory to attend full 7 days of the training.

I have just given my XII grade exams. Can I participate in the Programme?

You can not be a part of Teach India School Chapter. However, in case you are above 18, you can participate in other regular cycle of Teach India. To register, you could log onto www.teachindia.net
